  • DiveBumz reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
  • All scuba equipment should be used by trained and certified scuba divers only. DiveBumz is not liable for any injuries caused from use by untrained individuals.
  • DiveBumz cannot be held responsible or liable for manufacturer product defects.
  • DiveBumz is not liable for defect, malfunction, injury or death due to abuse or neglect of equipment by any individual after returned to equipment owner.
  • DiveBumz allows a 30-day warranty on any workmanship during service & repair work and will make every effort to ensure proper funcion.
  • Customers agree to Standard Service Agreement and will be held financially responsible for all parts and labor associated with equipment service & repair.
  • Abandoned property becomes the legal property of DiveBumz and will be sold to recoup costs associated with equipment service & repair.  


  • All information and images contained within this website are the sole legal property of DiveBumz, LLC. 

Return and Refund Policy

We follow our 3-R's. Repair, Replace, Refund. DiveBums will make every effort to ensure your equipment is right by progressing through RRR. We will repair it first,  replace with a comparable item, and if all else fails refund.


Returns and refunds are available only if the equipment simply cannot be used as intended.
